Beloved son, brother, father and soulmate
It is with profound sadness and grief that we announce the unexpected death of William Frank Lee, 41, of Naugatuck on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at Waterbury Hospital. Billy was born April 30, 1984 in Derby, a son of Donna (LaRowe) Lee and the late Frank W. Lee IV. His life was too short but he leaves a treasure trove of love and memories with his family and friends.
Billy leaves to cherish his love: his fiance Karen Ostuno, children Ava Lee, Alexus Ferrari, and Bella Corso, mother Donna Lee, brother Frank Lee V, Brian Cabello, grandson JJ, future mother in law Danielle Ostuno all of Naugatuck, his grandparents Frank W. Lee III of Easton and Beverly LaRowe of Naugatuck as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins in his close-knit family and multitude of friends. Billy is predeceased by his father Frank Lee IV and grandparents Kathleen Lee and Charles LaRowe.
Billy was a respected Corrections Officer at the Cheshire Correctional Institute and a member of the Union Local 387. Athletically inclined, Billy was usually the champion at any sport he played. He was an avid Buffalo Bills fan, enjoyed golfing, and the easy camaraderie of friends. His family was the center of his life, his everything.
