Trina Marie Ashton

Trina Marie Ashton, 51, of Thomaston, CT, passed away unexpectedly on September 14, 2025.

Born in Waterbury, CT, Trina lived a life filled with compassion and laughter. She is survived by her beloved fiancé, Thomas Kotos, and their dogs, Bella and Chico; her daughter, Kristee (Trelli) Quimby, and husband, Evan Quimby; her son, Aidan Woodsworth; and her father, Wayne Ashton Sr., and his wife, Aimee Ashton.

Trina will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her warmth, strength, and spirit will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

A private family service will be held to reunite Trina with her beloved brother, Wayne Ashton Jr., who passed away in 2020.

In honor of Trina’s love for animals, the family asks that donations be made to your local animal shelter in her memory.
