Sandralou (Mayo) Damuck

Sandralou Damuck of Waterbury, CT passed away peacefully on March 10, 2024, in her home surrounded by her loving husband Thomas K. Hamel, Jr. as well as her friend and dog Zorro.

She was born on July 9, 1942 and was the daughter of Louise Mayo and Louie Chieffo.  She graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a bachelor’s degree in science.

Sandralou was an accountant and dedicated her life to rescuing animals. She loved her garden, flowers, reading and travelling.
