Keith A. Baxter

Keith Alan Baxter, 70, of Waterbury, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2025. Born on October 17, 1955, in Norwalk, CT, Keith was the son of the late Woodford and Marion (Sanford) Baxter. He built a respected career as a Semiconductors Professional, a role that reflected his hard work and dedication.

Keith was the beloved husband of Barbara Baxter, with whom he shared 48 years of marriage. He was a proud and loving father to his son, Jesse, and his daughter, Melissa. One of his greatest joys in recent years was his role as a grandfather to his granddaughter, Emma. He is also survived by his sister, Gail.

Keith was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Glenn.

In accordance with Keith’s wishes, no formal services will be held.
