Glen Mullings

Glen Anthony Mullings, age 62, died unexpectedly on Monday, 7th March 2022 in Waterbury, CT.

Glen was born on January 13, 1960, and was a lifelong area resident of CT. After graduating from Hillhouse High school in 1977; he enlisted in the US Army branch of the military before ultimately doing what he loved most, working in the food service industry, even having his own restaurant at one point in time. There was no greater joy for Glen than seeing the happy faces of those who ate his cooking. His love of cooking was not even diminished by the loss of one leg due to his diabetes.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Father Gerald Mullings (1977) and Mother - June Hurling-Reid Mullings (1979), as well as two brothers Vincent Mullings (2015) and Carlo Mullings (2020).

Glen had love for all his children he left behind; sons Jason, Donnie, Glen, Nahshon and Gerald. Glen was united with his son Donnell “Donnie” Brown-Mullings, later in his life.

Donnie proved to be a tremendous help to his father, not just assisting in his physical needs but also providing love & emotional support with his frequent calls and visits.

He leaves his brothers, Gerald “Tupee“ Mullings Jacksonville, FL and Peter R. Mullings - Kingston, Jamaica, WI; sisters, Deborah Edwards New Haven, CT and Gloria Mullings London, UK. Nephew Carlo Mullings Jr, Grandnephews Evan, Cole, Trevor and Adrian, as well as nieces, Jenine “Cookie” Wilson, Nicola “Candi” Edwards, Dr. Faraah Mullings-Brown,

Ernestine “Tina” Woodstock-Goodman, grandniece Brooke, plus numerous relatives and friends, especially Rob Rivera & Tanisha Rowe.
