Frances (Kimball) (McCann) Hernandez, 89, of Waterbury, passed away on December 19, 2020 at Glendale Center in Naugatuck.
She was born on December 15, 1931 in Monroe, daughter of the late Charles and Mildred (White) Kimball. Prior to her retirement Frances worked in local shops. She was an active parishioner of Our Lady Lourdes.
Frances is survived by two daughters Marcia Vidler and husband Robert and Linda McCann and a son Terrence McCann all of Waterbury. She also leaves behind six grandchildren Daniel, Lisa, Heather, Robert, Terrence, Jason, Kimberly and Ashley, two great grandchildren Aaliyah and Joshua, along with several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
She was predeceased by both of her husband’s Marshall McCann and Confessor Hernandez. Frances was also predeceased by two daughters Cheryl Larson and Bonnie Newvine, two sons David McCann and Kevin McCann, a granddaughter Fallon Newvine, a sister Carol Luchinski, and a brother Charles Kimball.
A Graveside service will be held on Friday, April 9, 2021 at 10:00 am at Grove Cemetery, Naugatuck, where she will be laid to rest next to her husband Marshall. The Prospect Memorial Funeral Home, 72 Waterbury Rd., Prospect is assisting the family with arrangements.
