Elizabeth C. Kabath, 66, of Waterbury, wife of Charles Kabath, mother of Nora Pisani, passed away on Friday, July 14, 2023 at the VITAS in-patient unit at St. Mary Hospital in Waterbury.
Liz was born on April 16, 1957 in Waterbury, a daughter of Theresa (Maggio) Ciarlone and the late Andrew Ciarlone. Liz was a lifelong Waterbury resident and for many years worked with her husband Charles at their family-owned business DAS Trucking.
Liz enjoyed being in nature, whether it was by the ocean collecting seashells, or tending to her plants and garden at home. She was a beautiful, loving, and caring woman, always taking care of others. She had a warm and giving heart and would do anything for her family -- she was very much a giver and would selflessly care for any family or friends in need. Liz was also very artistic and loved to crochet, often making gifts for her family from her own patterns.
Left to cherish Liz’s love and memory is her husband Charles; her two children: Nora Pisani of Waterbury and her son Dante Anaia of Meriden; her two sisters: Patricia Eustace and her husband Brian of Southington, and Andrea Ciarlone of Plainville; her nieces and nephews: Emily Carrozzo Dickson, Terri Carrozzo Parks, and Joseph and Jeffery Blancato, as well as many cousins and dear friends. In addition to her father, Liz is predeceased by her aunts Rose Ladotty, Nat and Lucia Maggio.
Funeral services are private. Prospect Memorial/ The Palmerie Family Funeral Home is honored to assist the Kabath family. You are invited to share a fond memory, photo and words of comfort for Liz's family on her Tribute Wall on www.prospectmemorial.com
