Elisandra Dejesus Pagan

Elisandra Dejesus Pagan, 44, of Waterbury, passed away December 8, 2023. She was born June 21, 1979 in Puerto Rico to the late Maria Victoria (Negron) and Lester Oscar De Jesus.

Elisandra leaves behind to cherish her everlasting memory her loving husband Juan Pagan, Sr. of Bronx, NY and her children Juan Pagan, Jr. of Bronx, NY, Cassandra Thompson of NY, and Ashley Pagan of NC. She also leaves her caring family who will greatly miss her, her sisters, brothers, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Elisandra was a kind spirit. She was always a happy and energetic person, helping and caring for others and friendly to all that she encountered. She was overprotective of her husband and kids, doing what’s right by them. She loved to dance to Spanish music, especially salsa dancing, and listening to music; it was her therapy. She enjoyed writing, as she was very good at it, knitting, reading magazines and the gossip columns, doing her nails and always looking perfect with the right amount of comfort. Elisandra had a love for roses and butterflies. She always found it beautiful the way caterpillars will cocoon themselves and be reborn into a beautiful butterfly with wings that can soar. She is her family’s butterfly now; may she rest in eternal peace.

A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 from 4 to 6 pm at Prospect Memorial Funeral Home/The Palmerie Family Funeral Home, 122 Waterbury Rd., Prospect, CT 06712. A Celebration of Life service will follow at 6 pm. Prospect Memorial Funeral Home is honored to be assisting the Pagan family during this difficult time and invites you to share a memory, a photo, or words of comfort for Elisandra on her Tribute Wall on this website.
