Edmund R. Lique, 82, of Seymour, peacefully went home to be with his redeemer Jesus Christ on July 23, 2025.
Edmund (or “Eddie”) was born May 13, 1943 in Derby, CT to the late Ray and Estelle (Sypniewski) Lique.
Eddie graduated from Seymour High School and went on to earn his Bachelor’s at the University of New Haven. He honorably served in the U.S. Navy and spent some time stationed in Hawaii.
The joys of Eddie’s life were numerous, and included his family, friends, his personal relationship with Jesus Christ, fishing, and hunting. He never missed an opportunity to share his pictures of fishing in Alaska with his brother in law, Jack.
Eddie was the beloved husband of Linda Ajello-Lique for 44 blessed years. He is also survived by his brother Phillip Lique and wife Patty, his sister Kathy Bryce and husband Michael, his brother in law Jack Alexander, and many nieces and nephews: Phillip, Andrew, Alex, Lisa, Amaya, Ralph, Joshua, Jed, Ryan, and Justin.
Eddie now joins in Heaven his parents, his sister Denise Alexander, and his niece Erin.
All services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
