Betty Ann Bergstrom, 87, formerly of Milford, passed away peacefully at home on April 23, 2024. Betty was the beloved wife of the late George T. Bergstrom. She was born on March 15, 1937 in Milford to the late David and Bertha (Jablonsky) Mulvihill. Betty was a devoted lifelong parishioner of St. Mary’s Church and served as a member of the Ladies’ Guild, the Home and School Association and volunteered with the monthly Parkinson’s support group. For many years she worked as an office assistant in the dental practice of the late Dr. Paul Beauvais. She loved spending time at the family’s vacation home at Magic Mountain in Londonderry, Vermont. Celebrating numerous holidays there with the family skiing together brought her great joy.
She loved arts and crafts as well implementing many home decorating projects. She took great pride in making a house a home. Betty was also an avid walker and treasured spending time with many friends in her walking group.
Left to cherish her love and memory are her children: Mary Ellen Smith of Hamden, George (Mary-Ann) Bergstrom of Durham, and Timothy (Kirsten) Bergstrom of Burlington. She also leaves her grandchildren Travis and Brett Smith, Eric (Kjerstin) Bergstrom, Fina Gale, and Kathryn, Bradley and Kyle Bergstrom.
