April Marie Hart-Roosa, 47, of Plymouth and formerly of Watertown, passed away unexpectedly on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 8, 2022 at Hartford Hospital.

She was born in Waterbury on August 12, 1974, daughter of the late Joyce (LaBranche) and Richard Affhauser. April was very outgoing and friendly with a bubbly, vivacious personality. She loved dolphins, her beloved K9 Peanut, and enjoyed traveling, vacationing, going shopping, and watching movies, especially on Lifetime. She treasured spending time with her kids, Sami and Andy, and her grandchildren, Grayson and Cayde, whom she loved dearly.

April is survived by her daughter Samantha Fennelly and her spouse Brian McGrath of Prospect, and her son Andrew Fennelly of Watertown; her aunt Cindi Bennett and her spouse Heather of Torrington; her two grandchildren whom she loved with all her heart, Grayson McGrath and Cayde McGrath; and her former spouse Charlie Roosa of Stephentown, NY.

In addition to her parents, April is predeceased by her daughter Suzanne Fennelly.
